Vintage Denim Jacket for Toddler, Hand Appliqued Jean Jacket with Lace Trim Size 18 Mos
This is the MOST adorable denim jacket I have ever seen! A stunning gift for a baby shower or first birthday! This is a dark denim with pearl snap closures. Two tiny front pockets, a dagger collar, and braided trim all accented with orange stitching. The jacket itself is cool enough, but then someone lovingly adorned this with lace trim at the collar and cuffs; embroidered some sweet flowers on the front; and decked out the back with pastel applique and embroidery. Different patches of fabric are collaged together with chunky stitching to depict a cozy house with a little windmill nestled into the hills. There are mountains and sky as well- a colorful and fun piece that is truly one of a kind.
The maker added a soft pink lining inside the back, to protect all the embroidery inside, and keep sensitive baby backs from being irritated by stitches. But the garment tag was all tucked up inside the backing. I did have to "dig" it out a bit, to get the sizing. This is marked size 18 mos and i have included all the measurements below. I admit that kids sizes baffle me, so I wanted to be sure to provided the tagged size in addition to the measurements. For best fit, please compare the measurements below to that of your little, or to the size chart of a brand that fits them well.
I can't see the fiber content of the jacket, but it looks like its a blend and my guess would be polyester and cotton.
