Vintage Beaded Black Purse, 1960s Kitschy Textured Handbag for Everyday Use.
This is a fantastically fun vintage bag from the 1960s. Made by Corde Beads, this bag is a mesh fabric with small plastic bubble beads attached all over. The curved plastic handles also serve as the purse frame, and you pull them apart to open the bag. The opening is a nice size, making it easy to access. The frame is only attached to the bag along the top - the frame extends down the sides, but the sides are not attached. It looks odd if the bag is really empty and you lay it down; but when there are items in the bag, it really isn't obvious.
The bag is in fantastic condition! The only missing beading are along the very top edge of the bag. There are no holes, no stains, and the inside lining is gorgeous as well.

The bag itself measures 9" tall and 10" wide. There are 3. 5" between the handle and the top of the bag. Pinup and rockabilly girl's delight!
