Vintage 1950s, black velvet halo with feathered bird, and veiling. I love any hat with a bird on it! This is a super simple version, black and bold. The tail feathers of the little velvet bird swoop around the velvet halo. Covered with black veiling that is flocked with black dots.

Condition:
Great vintage condition. Some small snags in the veiling due to the feathers liking to catch.

Very Good condition, size OS.
