Gorgeous Hawaiian scenic print gathered skirt. Circa 1950s.

Medium weight smooth rayon Hawaii print depicting the Aloha Tower, the downtown Honolulu skyline, and palm trees in shades of green on a beachy background in shades of sand and taupe, accented with green, red, and yellow fireworks as pictured.

There are also hand-painted metallic silver accents as pictured.

High waist with a 1-1/2" wide waistband which closes on the side with two buttons.

The skirt is pleated where it is sewn to the waistband creating a beautiful full skirt with a 134" bottom sweep.

Unlined. No pockets.

Would be beautiful with a crinoline underneath.

LABEL: There are no labels - this appears to have been handmade by a skilled seamstress or tailor.

CONDITION: Excellent. There are no odors, fading, discoloration, rips, tears, holes or missing metallic silver paint.

SIZING: There are no size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Large.
