VINTAGE Wool Blanket Hudson’s Bay Early’s Witney Point Blanket CANADA

There is no tag on this blanket. This style was made by Early’s of Witney, a supplier of Hudson’s Bay Blankets. They were sold under either/both names. It’s likely this one was sold under the Early’s label as I have a second one that does have that tag. These were given to me by my aunt who brought them to the United States in the 1970s from Montreal. She does not remember when she originally purchased them. This one is in good condition, it does not have any holes or stains. There is one section where the thread came undone as pictured. It’s been kept in storage in a zipped plastic storage bag. My aunt said it was a twin size however, it fits over a queen bed perfectly, just doesn’t hang over the sides. The picture of it spread out is on a queen size bed. Approx measurements, 64” x 82”.
