Weird whimsical throw blanket with bright colorful screen print cartoon children parading in costumes? The fabric is satiny shimmery mint green with fringe, and it's double sided - the other side is flowers.

Overall excellent condition, but there is some distressing in a couple of spots at the fringe, which happened when i washed it.
