Vintage Turquoise Sweater Dress, 1970s Knit Dress with Dolman Sleeves and Fringed Neckline Sz M
1970s sweater dress in a deep turquoise color is a staple for fall. A lightweight knit with some fantastic texture to it. The yarn is knit in a striped pattern, alternating slubbed yarns and smoother yarns. The neckline is trimmed in funky fringe, and the waist is elastic. DOlman sleeves, and two slash pockets at the hips.
The dress likely originally had a slip and a belt, but both of those are missing. This could be paired with really any slip, and it can be fun to alter the appearance by altering the color slip you choose to use. The neckline is quite open, though model is a bit smaller than the dress, so its possible that a larger bust would "fill up" the bodice enough to create less of a plunge. This is pinned at the neck in some of the photos, though at least one is left open to show it as-is.
Besides the missing belt and slip, the only condition issue I noted with this dress is that there is a VERY subtle yellowing of the underarms. Its not noticeable in the modeled photos, and I was not able to see it in normal light or the photo lights. However, I caught it in natural sunlight, and have tried to show it in photos for you. It is very subtle.

Dress is marked size 7/8, and measures like a modern medium. Model wears a size small top and medium bottom. For best fit, please compare the measurements below to your own, or to the size chart of a brand that fits you well.
