Vintage Half Slip, 1960s Above the Knee Slip Skirt that has been hand dyed a gorgeous sapphire blue color. This slip is made of nylon and has lace and embroidery or appliqué accents. The dye has made the tag difficult to read, so I am not sure of the manufacturer.
The slip was originally white, but had a flaw so I dyed it. The flaw is still visible after the dying (looks like discoloration from sticker residue, though there is no longer any residue) but it is still gorgeous with this jewel tone color!
It also has a run on one side, very close to the seam. It is shown in photos.
This slip is solid in the back, and the front has a wide lace border, as well as a sweet bow and flower appliqué design. So pretty, really deserves to be seen and not hidden under other clothes!
This slip is in great condition, and is gorgeous as either a slip, or as a skirt if layered over another slip. Great for bohemian, pin up, rockabilly looks. Would be really adorable as a festival skirt, paired with a super cropped top tied under the bust!
