Vintage Shirtdress, 1980s Plaid Day Dress with Button Front Bodice and Matching Belt, Size Medium.
1980s Day Dress in a pastel plaid with a coordinating belt. Plaid is purple, pink, blue, and yellow, with a sort of chevron design on the skirt. The waist is elastic, and there are buttons from the waist to the collar. The long sleeves end in simple hems but do have a single button to "cinch" them at the wrist. The matching belt has a stiff inner lining and is in excellent condition. The only tag in this dress is the brand (Taurus II) but the fabric feels like a cotton polyester blend. Soft, thin, almost like vintage sheets. Does not wrinkle easily, and is very lightweight. Perfect for warmer months, but can easily be layered for fall.
Wear this to work, or as an easy outfit for weekend get togethers. No size is marked but this measures like a modern size medium and is shown on a size small model.
