Vintage Diane Freis for Marisa Christina, Maxi Skirt and Knit Peasant Top Set, One Size Fits Many (S-L)
Gorgeous pink floral skirt set by Diane Freis is a dream! The top is a sweater knit body with flower appliques and a pink floral georgette ruffle that can go up over the shoulders or be pulled down for an off-the-shoulder look. There is a long tassel tie at the center front and center back.
The skirt is that same pink georgette, covered in a flower print. The flowers are royal blue, aqua, golden yellow, and bright green. The skirt has diagonal ruffles sewn from waist to hem, it looks like a twirl in motion.
The elastic waist of the skirt is in good condition, has good stretch to it. Neither of the pieces are marked with a size, but Diane Freis pieces are often a "one size fits many" sizing. This is shown on a size small model, and based on the measurements can fit up to a size large.
