Vintage Tunic Top, 1960s Pink and Black Baroque Style Filigree Patterned Blouse Size Medium
Gorgeous and kitschy top from the 60s or 70s. This is a pink double knit polyester type of fabric that has an elaborate filigree design in black and gold. The print is essentially a rectangular shape that takes up the entire front and back, as well as the sleeves. The sleeves are elasticized at the wrist, giving them a sort of balloon sleeve look. The shirt comes just at or below the hips, so its perfect for wearing over leggings and looks great with a chain belt - but also looks wonderful without one.
There is a zipper up the back of the neck, and this pulls on over the head. There is a tag in this that reads "A Jane Colby Original" and marks it as a size large, though I would say this is more like a modern size small to medium (model is a small). There is no fiber content or care instruction tag . The fabric feels like a stretchy double knit polyester. This top has been machine washed and dried with no problems.
