Vintage Peplum Style Blouse, 1980s Working Girl Style Top with Shoulder Pads and Peplum Hem, Size Medium. Cobalt blue top with black grid lines and black buttons down the back. This top has a bunch of darts at the waist to give it a nipped in look, and a flare out beneath the waist. Combined with the large shoulder pads, it makes a great hourglass silhouette in the classicly overstated 80s style. This is perfect for wearing to the office, but of course can be dressy casual for weekend brunch and get togethers also. Marked vintage size 6, but actually measures more like a modern size medium. Model is a small, its a bit large on her. There are no holes or stains this is in great condition.
