Vintage Black Silk Hand Painted Scarf, Neon Pastel Paisley Scarf with Sequins
Gorgeous lightweight black silk is semi sheer and painted with pastel brush stroke style designs. Has a blue and copper colored "vine" border and oversized paisley teardrop shapes on the scarf. Four pink flowers, and the whole scarf has sequins accenting it, with silver paint outline.
Reminds me of the handpainted souvenir skirts from Mexico, but this has a tag indicating it was made in India.
Stunning style. Measures 43" x 40". No holes or stains. I do not recommend ironing this because of the sequins - but if ironing is required (I used a steamer), do as low a heat as possible with a towel or cloth between the iron and the scarf.
