Vintage Slip Dress in Fuchsia and Amethyst, 1970s Nightgown Hand Dyed Pink & Purple, Size Small
Stunning vintage nightgown has been hand dyed in hot pink and deep purple jewel tones. The lace bodice took up very little of the dye, providing a gorgeous contrast to the nylon knit of the gown. There is a keyhole cutout at the center of the front, creating a figure flattering cut. The lace on the bodice is sheer. There are no tags in this any longer, but the fabric feels like silky nylon knit that is common in vintage nightgowns. The hem on this is unraveled but it adds to the funky grunge aesthetic. There is also one small hole on the front right thigh, shown in photos. Hard to see.
This is sexy as a nightgown or loungewear, but also layers beautifully as a dress. , festival, disco, grunge, even aesthetics.
