Vintage Nightgown, 1940s Rayon Satin Lingerie, Size XS-S
This is a GORGEOUS vintage nightgown in excellent condition! This beauty seems to be barely worn, if at all. Still has an original tag in it!
Glamorous 1940s full length nightgown is made of a semi sheer and silky rayon cut on the bias. The bodice has lace trim at the V neckline and beneath the bust; and there is a lace ruffle along the shoulder to act as a sweet little cap sleeve.
The back has a deep V. The inside seams are all pinked, and the paper tag is still fully intact.
This is marked size 34. Model wears a size 6 top and 8 bottom. The originally intended fit was likely a bit less form-fitting than what is shown, but I personally prefer the slimmer fit. Best for no larger than a size small top. Remember that this has to be pulled over the head and shoulders, there are no zipper or button closures.
