Here is a gorgeous vintage dress with no name tag in it. I say dress, but I guess it could be a long shirt. Call it what you want, the point is, you have options! Feels like all polyester. Beautiful crimson background with lovely floral print in grayish white. White ringer collar. Fairly light weight and sheer. It's in amazing shape with years of life left! Here are the measurements.
