50s Man's Formal Dress Shirt Deadstock Formal Wedding Red Carpet White Hollywood$125.00
Why wear a plain white shirt to that fancy affair when you can wear THIS!???
Check out the fabric pattern! Feels like Taffeta, but is probably starched rayon. A great example of a 1950's well-crafted fabric and tailoring! Never worn! Great rockabilly formal shirt with wild jacket and bolo tie? You tell me!
There was a feint dust line where the shirt was folded, across the pocket, so I took it to the cleaners to have it laundered. Now no more line and no more yellow!
Needless to say, there is no wear, holes, tears, or any problems. Collar has stiff stays for sculpting flat, or curved, when neck is unbuttoned.
Fabric color is actually a creamy-ivory color.
Measurements, lying flat:
Shoulder to shoulder: 18 inches
Chest: 45 inches
Length from top of collar to hem: 30 inches
Sleeve length is 24 inches
A 1950's medium may be smaller than a medium is today, but 15 inches is always 15 inches!
