Vintage Lady Head Planter, 1950s Lady Head Vase 7" tall
Beautiful mid century era lady head planter or vase depicts a blond woman or girl with a pink headband and rosy cheeks and lips.
The color is done in an airbrushed looking style, soft and dreamy. The way her features are painted makes me think this is a 1940s era piece, but may be later.
There are no markings on this, so I am unsure of the maker. This is a pottery style piece, and the only flaw is a crack at the back of the planter opening, shown in photos. There is some crazing on the bottom inside as well.
Obviously this makes a great planter - but I love these pieces to hold brushes on a vanity; or hand towels in a bathroom; or even just as pretty decor on a shelf. Works for , mid century, farmhouse, eclectic and maximalist styles of decor. Very Hollywood Glamour style.


She measures 7" tall, 6. 5" wide, and about 6. 5" front to back.
