Nice vintage condition with one small nick on the heel (pictured). I suspect the satin ribbons are original to the shoes - they're in good condition with some wear at the tips. The heel caps are good - they're pretty solid and do not need replacing - I can still see tread. Wear shows to the leather soles, nothing major. There is a retail number written in ball point pen on one sole.

90s, aughts - somewhere around that time frame. I can't recall the last time I saw leather soles on a pair of Kenneth Cole shoes.
