Gorgeous cotton dress has 70s vibes with the tie dye, Robesleeves, and relaxed silhouette. The matching sash can be worn as a scarf, belt, or even head wrap!
This dress has a squared off neckline. The straight and wide sleeves come to just above the wrist, unless this is belted, when they are more 3/4 length sleeves. The fabric has an elaborate filigree style design woven into it, which is mostly hidden by the vibrant dyed effects. There are slits up both sides, they start around the middle of the thigh. There are no tags in this, and I am not sure of the era (though it definitely fits in with 70s aesthetics). It may be hand made, and it feels like 100% cotton. Really comfortable to wear in the warmer weather.
