Vintage Hand Dyed Longline Bra, size 36D; Mid Century Do-All unlined bra with structured cups but no underwire. Firm elastic inserts at the sides and a hook and eye closure (8 sets, with two settings). It also has small garters to attach to a panty or girdle. I am guessing there are few girdles with these garter attachments, but they look cute anyway!
Beautiful piece from the 1970s, (possibly 1960s) this bra is in amazing condition. All of the elastic is firm and stretchy, and there are no holes or stains. The bra was initially white, but had some discoloration so I dyed it a purple color. The result was not as even as I would have liked, so I worked to give it a semi-tie-dye look, a bit like purple clouds, and I think it is amazing. The straps have lighter areas from having been buckled during the dye process but I think this all leads to the fun character of this piece. It's a very pin up girl, Mid Century style - but I think it would be incredible as a festival crop top, a 1980s style bustier, or a pretty cami under a Robe or chambray shirt.

The tag on this reads "Do-All" as the brand, and includes an old union label. Marked size 36, and I believe the cup size is marked D. I can fit into a 36B, and the cups were quite roomy on me, so I think thats an accurate size.

This measures about 31" under the bust, 31" at the hem, approximately 18" shoulder to hem (depending on how you set the straps), and the cups are 6. 5" across and 4. 25" deep.
