Vintage Barbie Pink Full Slip, 1950s Slip Dress in Hot Pink, Hand Dyed Barbizon Accolade Slip, Size Small
This is a stunning vintage full slip that has been hand dyed fuchsia, resulting in this vibrant hot pink color that is perfect for any pin up girl's wardrobe!
This slip is made of a blend of nylon, rayon, and Dacron polyester. Its also a tall size, so the length is longer!
The bust has gathers, and is trimmed with a wide floral lace, which is repeated at teh hem. There is also some pretty applique style elements at the bust, subtle and pretty!
The fabric took the dye up in a bit of a striated manner, so it has a VERY subtle diagonal stripe to it (shown in photos).
This fabric is woven, so it has no stretch to it, though it does have a small amount of give. It feels cool and has a swishy sound to it as well.
This is ideal for pin up or rockabilly style wardrobes, as well as , kawaii, and even grunge aesthetics. Vintage slips are so versatile - can be worn as intended under a skirt or dress; but they also make wonderful nightgowns, or even slip dresses if you layer them with another slip.
