Vintage French high waisted red velvet hot pants nwot. I got these from a friend who had a boutique in France in the 70s. They have never been worn but I washed them because I thought they were a bit dingey. They in excellent condition except for the spilt in the seam at the waist, an easy fix. I priced accordingly.
