Vintage Romantic Floral Maxi Dress, 1990s Flower Print Dress with Off-the-Shoulder Straps and Button Front. I love the hydrangea flower print and the mother of pearl buttons. The straps cross in back and you can let the second strap stay up or fall off your shoulder. Top button missing. Says dry clean only but this has been machine washed many times with no problems.
