Vintage Evening Gown, 1960s Formal Dress in all black with a Rhinestone studded top and formal length skirt. This is a really gorgeous, modest, and elegant gown. Perfect for proms, weddings, performances, formal events. A lovely modest gown as well - provides lots of coverage in an elegant and chic way.
The bodice is a sheer black fabric covered with various sized rhinestones. The rhinestones are all prong set, which is just a level of detail that is rarely seen today. The sheer chiffon is backed by a light flesh toned fabric. It doesn't really look "nude", but gives it a bit of depth and slight coppery color on top. There is a satin waistband with a bow in front, and the back has a neat little folded finish to cover the zipper. The sleeves on this are short - almost a cap sleeve, and they are a bit small (please see sizing information below). The skirt is more of a fluid jersey type fabric. It's long and has a nice amount of volume. It is unlined but does not need a slip, as it is not sheer or uncomfortable.

There is no size marked but this fits like a modern size 6 or small. Shown on a size small model, model is 5'11" tall. For best fit, please compare the measurements below to your own, or to the size chart of a brand that fits you well.

This dress has no condition issues, and the only tag is the store tag from Montaldo's.
