Vintage 1970's MJ Concepts in Sportswear plaid high waist skirt. Soft textured plaid (almost a soft burlap) in beige, tan and coral. 7. 5" front and back slit on hem for ease of movement. Front center zip with hook and eye closure. The zipper and hook and eye are talon. 57% cotton, 35% polyester and 8% silk. Fabric does not stretch. Has original cute stretchy braided jute rope belt included. Small breakdown of elastic in the back middle of the belt, not noticeable and is still wearable. Labeled a vintage size 13, please check measurements listed. Union Made.
