Vintage Cycling Jersey, 1970s Blue and White Acrylic Jersey Knit Shirt, Mens Size Small
Cobalt blue and white cycling jersey from the 1970s or 1980s. This may have been made for cycling, but it's a fantastic t-shirt alternative. Blue and white ribbing at the collar and cuffs; quarter zip closure at the neck; and has 2 large pockets at the back of the shirt. There is a gold logo printed on the chest, it appears to say ACCR. I really love the font, super retro! The tags are too worn to read except for the fiber content, which is 100% acrylic.
This is in great condition, with no holes. The only stain is a tiny pin-dot size on the right upper torso near the underarm; and the white of each side body has a “whiter” stripe where the seams were taken in but then let back out. It yellowed slightly when the seams were taken in. It’s not very noticeable and this is a great shirt overall!
Shown on a womens size small model. Cycling jerseys are meant to be quite fitted, but I honestly love the slightly looser fit as a tee. For best fit, please compare the measurements below to your own, or to the size chart of a brand that fits you well.
