Vintage Cap with Gold and Silver Metallic Thread Embroidery. This hat is so gorgeous and it is in good condition. There are some areas with loose threads, but overall the beading and embroidery is all intact, and it is incredible,
The inside of the hat has 2 tags. One is sewn into the fabric of the top, and reads "made in India". The second is a union label tag, indicating it was made in the US. My best guess is that the embroidered fabric parts came from India, and then the US assembled? Its unclear.
This hat is a black silk fabric base with the textured and faceted threads sewn on. There are some colored beads throughout as well. Overall, an incredibly beautiful and unique piece.
There is no size tag in this. The hat measures 2. 25" tall on the sides, and measures 20" around the inner band.
