The embellishment on this skirt is so beautiful and unique; the scalloped pattern reminds me of typical Art Deco architecture. The high slit is so good, and I love that it is fully lined in black lace, so that it peeks out from the slit. This skirt can be worn on the hips or higher on the waist, making it work for a range of sizes. Closes with a hidden side zipper.
