80's/90's Red and Beige Batik Print Midi Skirt

As a skirt, the drawstring waist can be tightened down to a small size, but this skirt fits me and I am a 1X/2X. As I was trying things out, I raised this skirt over the bust on the dress form (size 14/16) and it was beautiful loose and flowy as a strapless dress or swim coverup. Belted, I loved this even more. The cotton is a heavy weave cotton.
