This skirt is beautiful gold satin that has an asymmetrical rouching. The waistband has some beautiful beading to it. This is from Cache (remember that fun store in the mall that went out of business in the early 2000's?)

This is marked size small, but the waistband is either stretched out... which doesn't seem the case... or it is mis marked (more likely). Please go by measurements.
