the cutest vintage 80s skirt. white with navy polka dots and large navy ribbons around the bottom. shiny bows throughout the print. knee length, possibly a bit longer depending on your height. waistband has two side buttons in the waist and an elastic waistband in the back, but there is not a lot of stretch.
