Vintage 1970s brown velvet maxi skirt with cream crochet panels. Iconic Mr. Hanks brand hippy maxi skirt. Brown velvet with cream lace crochet panels. Elastic waist (not much to no spring back but has a wide casing for ease in replacement - but since it is an XL per measurements, maybe it isn't supposed to be too stretchy.) Perfect boho maxi skirt and super fun for festival season.

There are some minor issues but overall in great shape:
* waist elastic, F L spot on velvet (may be able to brush it out?); spot on F center lace 3 inches from the bottom brown horizontal panel; couple spots F R lace panel near the bottom (7 inches from the brown horizontal panel); inside hem; little opening on the seam at top waist elastic
