Purchased from I Magnin This coat was from the 1970’s and 1980’s. Colbalt blue, button down rain coat Has 2 front pockets. No belt loops but could easily be belted. Fabric has a striped look to it. There are two small areas on the front that are a bit darker but will probably come out with a wash.
