Description - Adorable Lilly Pulitzer floral dress from the late 70s or early 80s with puff sleeves and a neat lattice style hem with cut outs. It zips up the back. I'm not sure if the pink ribbon belt is what originally came with it or not but it was with it when I purchased it and it looks great I think. The waist has elastic.
