ca. 1930s - 1940s vintage dress. Solid white with a lace band at the waist and two waist bands at the skirt. Sleeves are slightly puffed. Buttons up at the back (there is nothing wrong with the buttons at back - the dress is slightly too small for the mannequin and wouldn't button up all the way!)
