Vintage late 1970s Tica, Union made plaid wool skirt with inverted front pleat. this skirt zips on the side has side pockets and a Talon hook eye closure. the skirt is labeled a size 6 it will probably fit a modern size 2. this A-line skirt is in good vintage condition and can be worn so many ways.
