This is a beatifully made black rayon cocktail 1960s dress by "H. Charles". There are individual spear like pointed strips of fabric sewn into the waist of the dress that when twirling will fan out like a firework! With each step the frigelike spears swing and shift with your every move. You can really wiggle this dress on the dance floor, it's made to do the twist! This is a very unique and one of a kind dress that will dazzle and delight! Dress is in excellent condition, includes a belt that is as is- has minor damage on the inside backing.
