This is a rare unicorn of a bag! From the 1960s this Lou Taylor Miami box bag is large and fabulous!

Not to be confused with the handbag designer Lou Taylor from the 80s, Lou Taylor Miami was famous for their large metal box bags in the 1960s and this is a fabulous example of their work!

Silver leather side panels with silver tone frame and chain handle. Black fabric interior with attached coin purse and envelope pocket.

Fold over latch and hinged bottom.

There are two small marks of discoloration on the metal that may be able to be buffed out but are totally normal wear for a bag of this material and age.

Measures 11” long x 7” tall x 3” deep (closed).

Fabric kiss clasp coin bag is connected with an elastic cord.
