This 1960s sassy flapper dress is a dynamo with all its fringe. Size is M to L

Its obvious the dress was handmade, I would imagine for a dance costume.

The fabric is the look and feel of a lightweight taffeta, and the color is a beautiful teal blue.

The dress zips up the back.

It has 3 layers of 6" fringe on the lower section and 1 layer at the neckline.

Its trimmed in silver sequin piping at the neckline. The straps have 3" extra you could adjust to fit with a simple sew job.

It measures 20" from armpit to armpit, 46" waist and hips. ( a boxy cut)

Perfect for Halloween or New Years Eve.
