Condition - there is a large discolored area on the front. It's very faint and not super noticeable. I did soak this skirt and I think it lightened a bit so it might completely come out with a little bit more effort. There is a small part of the embroidery where the stitching has pulled out a little bit. The paint on the zipper has chipped off.
