50s Flocked Velvet And Tulle Chiffon Skirt

This skirt is from the 50's by Dale Brown. Full on glamour! The under skirt is an ivory acetate with a layer of white tulle on top of that. The outer layer is black chiffon with black velvet flocking. The waist band is velvet. Closes with snaps and hook and eyes. Truly stunning! There are no holes or stains. This was photographed with a petitcoat (not included). Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
