This is a pair of 1950s Farah of Texas Gold Strikes Jeans cut off shorts. They have a zipper fly. I think these are possibly a youth size but could fit an XS adult.

Condition issues - There is a small stain on one of the belt loops and on the front right. It looks like rust. There are a few lost stitches. Someone took them in on both sides of the back waistband and then released the alteration so there is a slight variation in the color in those 2 spots.
