Fluorescent Frills. Incredible Vintage 1930’s/1940’s highlighter neon yellow and black buffalo plaid silk taffeta skirt with double ruffle hem and metal side zip. If this fit me & would have gone straight into my closet, my favorite color is yellow. She’s pretty special.
