Measures 25” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 38”. Circumference at bottom hem is 106”.

Fastens with hook and eye at top of open placket, it’s gathered there and fuller in back so suitable for bustle dresses. Fabric is cotton with a double layer under the ruffle at hem. No label. Good condition with a few small spots; a couple 1/8” scattered holes; has a 1” repair at base of placket; fabric is sturdy. True color is white.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
