Sturdy and versatile navy blue union-made 1980s short jacket from Bobbie Brooks, with contrasting plaid cuffs and collar. This can be worn in so many ways: open and buttoned at the bottom, with the collar and cuffs folded down, or buttoned all the way up to create a cute cowl/shawl collar effect. The waist is slightly elasticized.
