Vintage 1960s Marchesa di Grésy for I. Magnin 100% Wool Knit Pencil Skirt. The Marchesa was a very popular Italian knitwear designer in the post-WWII era. This beautiful gray skirt is fully lined and has a side zip and hook closure. The waistband is slightly elasticized. There are some small issues with the skirt. On the front left hem, there is a small abrasion (photos 7 & 8). On the back waistband, there is another abrasion and some wonky sewing at the bottom of the waistband (photos 9 & 10). On the back left hemline, there is another abrasion. This one looks a repair attempt was made (photos 11 & 12). The skirt has been priced accordingly. The skirt is marked size 12; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a size XS or a Small. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
