This unique handmade skirt from the 1970s secures closed through hook closure along the wide waist band. The body itself is free and falls straight down the legs. In a black and white polka dot print all over, the large functional and decorative pockets in front have a daisy pattern. The bottoms portion of the skirt is quilted too!
