This lovely, 1950s handbag is a pristine and perfect example of the popularity of the embroidered tapestry bags that were wildly Popular during the decade.

Little purse is a compliment getter to be sure! This bag is in like New condition. It most likely was used only once or maybe never. These estate we purchased it from was vast and contained over 60 handbags so the previous owner was a collector.

Usually with these very popular bags the material is dingy and faded but because this was kept out of light etc it’s remained as close to as it was when purchased as an item this age can be.

It has a brass top kiss closure.

It is 6” wide by 6” tall and 1” deep.
