1960's cotton floral mini dress. This is the softest cotton I have felt in a long while, this dress has been worn and loved. Home sewn with a square neckline and wide straps. Shift dress silhouette with a ruffled hem. I think the buttons go down the front, as there are bust darts. But the dress looks good and fits well both ways. Matching tie belt.
